Orders received by 12pm AEST on a business day, will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Orders made on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be dispatched on the following business day. At peak times there may be delivery delays, during which our Customer Service will keep you informed.
Upon order you should receive an order confirmation and this will then be followed by a tracking notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive these notifications within the guided times please contact us at email@example.com and we will try our best to respond within 24hours.
